  4. This order form is for the PCB/ProDoor Power Pak which contains the following
  5. programs:

  7. USELIST - Users list bulletin generator
  8. TOPS    - Top callers bulletin generator
  9. TRSTATS - Transfer stats bulletin generator
  10.  
  11. All programs were previously released seperately at $10 each, however,
  12. with this order form, you can purchase them bundled together for $19.
  13. This entitles you to have the author upload to your BBS a registered
  14. version of each program with your BBS name and a unique serial number as
  15. a PRIVATE upload so that you can generate bulletins without the
  16. "UNREGISTERED version" remark in the header.  If you would prefer a disk
  17. be sent to you, there is an additional fee of $5 to handle shipping
  18. costs.

  20. Once you have registered PPP for the $19 price, you have registered all
  21. future versions as well.  The serial number your given will continue to
  22. work with all future releases.  And as a bonus!  When new programs are
  23. added to PPP, your serial number will work with those too!

  25. License Agreement:
  26.  
  27.   User/SysOp:  SysOps are herby authorized to use the programs the above
  28.   named programs free of charge for a 30 day trial period.  After that
  29.   time you are REQUIRED to pay a licensing fee to the author for
  30.   continued use. Failure to do so will give you heartburn and make hair
  31.   grow from your finger tips.  Please support shareware by registering
  32.   the programs you use.

  34.   BBS/SysOp:  BBS's are hereby authorized to carry these programs in
  35.   archived format on their systems free of charge as long as you comply
  36.   with the following...  You may NOT add any type of file to the
  37.   archive.  The author has included all necessary documentation and
  38.   configuration files as well as the actual programs.  Anything else
  39.   that you add will be constituted an advertisement and is a violation
  40.   of this license agreement.  You may NOT add to the archive an
  41.   AUTHENTICITY VERIFICATION (AV) which does not belong to the author.
  42.   This feature was provided by archive authors for authors and not for
  43.   you to abuse.  If the authors original AV is removed through the
  44.   changing of archive formats and recreation of the archive by a an
  45.   automatic file checker, this is aloud within this licensing agreement
  46.   as long as no files are added or removed during this process and no
  47.   other AV is added.  BBS's may obtain a copy directly from the author
  48.   by either calling the support BBS or requesting the author call your
  49.   BBS through US Mail, or by electronic messages to the author (DAVE
  50.   NAVARRO) in the various "Shareware" conferences found in the RIME,
  51.   MetroLink, Intelec, or ILink echo networks.

  53.   Disk Vendors:  Disk Vendors are hereby authorized to distribute these
  54.   programs as long as neither the programs, nor documentation as
  55.   supplied by the author are altered or removed, and that you make it
  56.   clear to those who purchase the media this is distributed on
  57.   understands that they are purchasing the media and your services and
  58.   NOT the programs themselves. You are also authorized to include on the
  59.   media any instructions you feel necessary to help your users get
  60.   started in using this product, but only as a seperate file.  You may
  61.   NOT however include any files which can be considered Advertising and
  62.   that have no real value beyond the distribution of your business name
  63.   to others.
